Romi Phoenix
Class days and times: Thursdays 7.30-8.30am
Romi is a Vajrasati-trained yoga teacher whose practice is rooted in the spirit of Phoenix Rising — the belief that each class is an opportunity to renew, transform, and reconnect with the self. She weaves together uplifting, energising flows with deeply restorative practices, guided by the natural rhythm of breath, body, and being. No two sessions are ever alike; each one responds to the unique energy of the students present, creating space to rise into strength, soften into release, and rediscover balance. Through mindful breathwork and active visualisation, Romi guides students towards harmonising mind and body, opening pathways to clarity, peace, and vitality. For her, yoga is more than movement on the mat; it is a journey of renewal, connection, and a return to wholeness.

Awaken your spirit with Phoenix Rising, a 60-minute sunrise yoga practice designed to ignite energy and inner calm. Through a traditional flow with steady, moderate intensity, you’ll build warmth and strength, then soften into restorative postures that soothe the body and mind. The class closes with meditation and a deeply grounding Savasana, leaving you renewed, centred, and ready to rise into your day with clarity and vitality.
