Prijith Prasannan

Ayurveda Practitioner and Marma Therapist

I am an Ayurveda practitioner and Marma therapist from Kerala, India, with over 15 years of professional experience. I offer personalised Ayurveda consultations and Marma Therapy to help people understand their individual constitution, recognise patterns of imbalance and support their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Ayurveda views every person as unique. Rather than looking only at an isolated symptom, it considers the relationship between the body, mind, digestion, lifestyle, environment and daily routines. My approach combines this traditional understanding with practical guidance suited to modern life.

Ayurveda Consultations

During an Ayurveda consultation, I take time to understand you as a whole person. I explore your health concerns, digestion, appetite, sleep, energy, stress, emotional wellbeing, daily habits and lifestyle.

I assess your individual constitution through the Ayurvedic principles of Vata, Pitta and Kapha and consider the imbalances that may be influencing how you currently feel. Based on this assessment, I provide personalised and realistic recommendations that may include diet, daily routines, lifestyle adjustments, breathing practices, relaxation techniques and traditional Ayurvedic guidance.

My intention is not to impose a rigid lifestyle but to help you understand your body more clearly and make manageable changes that can support greater balance and self-awareness.

Marma Therapy

Marma Therapy is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment that works with vital points located throughout the body. These points are understood in Ayurveda as places where the body, mind and subtle energy are closely connected.

Each treatment is adapted to your individual needs and may include gentle or focused pressure on Marma points, therapeutic touch, assisted stretching, joint movements and relaxation techniques.

Marma Therapy may help to release physical tension and stiffness, encourage mobility, promote deep relaxation and support a greater sense of balance and connection within the body.

Before beginning a treatment, I take time to understand how you are feeling, any areas of tension or discomfort and what you would like from the session. The pressure, pace and techniques are then carefully adjusted to suit your body and comfort.

My approach is calm, respectful and attentive. I aim to create a welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and receive care that responds to your individual needs.
