I'm a counselling psychologist and this means I can help you in different ways depending on how you are experiencing life’s difficulties. 

As a foundation, talking therapy allows you to share your problems in a non-judgemental and supportive space that offers the highest levels of confidentiality. Unburdening yourself in this way has been shown to be beneficial for wellbeing and mental health. I would inform you of additional strategies we could try if I think they might be helpful.   

I trained in counselling and psychotherapy at London Metropolitan University, and I have had experience at Cruse Bereavement Care, counselling services in Brighton & Hove, and in NHS services. I qualified as a counselling psychologist in 2020 and I have been working in the NHS and in private practice since then, both face-to-face and online. My work is trauma-informed and inclusive. I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society. I also have post-qualification training in EMDR, CAT and DBT.
