Eva holds The Nervous System Practice Space at Rebalance each month, a co-creative small group space to explore simple, supportive practices to build real resilience. Small embodied shifts that change how you move through life. With so much information available about nervous system health and building capacity, she created a space to help integrate learning and close the gap between knowing and living this work. It's the piece of her work she's most excited about right now, building something in community rather than alone.
Her main practice is 1:1 somatic coaching, helping people notice where overthinking and overriding show up, not just in the body but in how they run their businesses, show up in their work, and love the people close to them. She is trained in emergent and trauma-informed workshop facilitation, and she brings 19+ years’ experience in business development and strategic communications into that work, so she understands the practical, real-world side of what people bring to her.
Eva is currently in year 2 of a three-year training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Her roots go back to Scaravelli-inspired yoga, which she's practiced since 2002 and taught for several years, and that grounding still shapes how she works with the body today.
One client put it simply: her presence "brings both clarity and inspiration" and "makes you feel seen, heard and empowered to find your own truth."
She's a mother of two (now adults) and in a long-term relationship, and that's the same ground she wants people to feel steadier in: their bodies, their relationships, the days that make up a life. That's what this space is for.
