Chantal is passionate about guiding you to release stress and tension from your body - both through Yoga and therapeutic Massage.
Ignited by burnout as a London Bank Manager, she spent three and a half years travelling the world in search of deeper meaning and connection. Immersed in voluntary projects in community, conservation and wildlife, she reconnected with a deeper sense of purpose and self.
Rediscovering Yoga in Australia inspired her to teach, leading her to India where she completed her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She also sat her first Vipassana meditation, studied Buddhist philosophy and had the honour of attending teachings by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
Chantal has since taught in meditation centres, gyms, parks, churches and studios across the UK and Australia. She finds deep joy in holding spaces where people gently meet their edges - whether exploring arm balances or stepping into cold water during her Yoga, Dip & Connect Christmas Day workshops. Her intention for you is to cultivate joy, build resilience and reconnect with your inner light.
In her massage practice, Chantal works intuitively and therapeutically, combining deep tissue techniques with a calm, grounded presence to support physical release and deep relaxation.
Yoga, massage, meditation, dance and cathartic practices have profoundly transformed her inner and outer worlds. It is her honour to share these tools and support you on your own journey.
Playful Mindful Yoga
Discover stress-relieving and cathartic release techniques through this yoga journey of self-exploration. Gentle Ashtanga and Hatha inspired flowing movements build heat in the body, cultivate strength, and focus the mind. You are invited to shake, sigh, breathe deeply or even laugh - releasing stress in ways that feel freeing and surprisingly fun.
You’re invited to deepen your practice by exploring arm balances, leg balances, and headstand variations - building confidence and empowerment. Or gift yourself full permission to rest on your mat and simply be.
This is an open-level class, with adaptations and progressions offered throughout to support your individual practice.

The info sheet pre massage asked all the right and valid questions, a lot still don't do this, so it was good to see this.
