Massage has been part of Zoe’s life since she was a child helping out many friends and associates, developing incredible intuition.  Zoe took her first course in Thailand at 21yrs old and qualified under UK legislation in 2007, subsequently gaining qualifications in a wide range of massage techniques, bodywork is her passion.

With a BSc in Psychology and 500hrs Vajrasati Yoga teacher training, Zoe understand the importance of the mind body equilibrium.  Using her deep empathetic approach to the energy systems of the body, her robust knowledge of anatomy and physiology, nervous system and the brain, she tailors each massage to a client's needs.  This works to provide nurturing, compassionate and even powerful treatment which is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. 

As a yoga teacher holding 500hrs cert and 72hr Nidra training she has a body positive, compassionate, humorous, down to earth and wholly inclusive style, suitable for all.  Focus is on strengthening and stablising the body, while increasing mobility and soothing the nervous system. Zoe is fascinated by the brain-body- breath connection and the positive impact it has on health issues and disorders such as mood, sleep and pain.  Zoe says “I would like to get people that would never go to a yoga class to come along and find out what yoga has to offer. It’s the antidote to life”.
