Her massage practice is guided by her knowledge of anatomy, her experience as a yoga teacher and her ability to tune with the body and soul of each client through her shamanic practice, offering an unique and personalised massage. She offers Shamanic medicine healing and has graduated with The Four Winds Society founded by Alberto Villoldo and Marcela Lobos. She is in her last year with the Second Sight and learning plant medicine and to become a Kambo practitioner. She draws her practice from her counselling courses to be able to actively listen to the clients with empathy.
She has also studied Ayur Yoga Bio Mobilization in India which is a massage that incorporates yoga stretches and breath to go deep into the fascia and thus, to release tension and emotions stored in the body.
She offers Conscious Connected Breath one to one sessions and workshops as she has studied with the Alchemy of Breath and Dan Brule.
Her yoga practice comes from the roots in India where she goes each year to deepen her studies. She enjoys and includes different styles from Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinjasa, Iyengar, Sivananda, Hot Yoga,Yin and Power. Her classes focus on the alignment and the breath and to focus on the inner vision to develop awareness. Maku uses sound healing with the Tibetan Singing Bowls during Savasana at the end of her classes since 2017. She studied Iyengar and meditation with the nephew of Swami Lakmanjoo in India.
