Vinyasa flow
In this class we explore classical Hatha postures in a vinyasa flow style. Gliding, holding, and flowing with the rhythm of the breath, this class builds strength and flexibility in the body, embraces mindfulness, and feeds the spirit. Each class contains pranayama, sun salutations, postures and rest. Some experience of asana (postures) is helpful but clear alignment cues are given to prevent injury and develop body awareness, and you are encouraged to soften or deepen postures based on your needs, encouraging your agency and autonomy. You are welcome to this class as you are and the intention is that you leave feeling more relaxed, grounded, and spacious.
