Chantal's passion is centered around guiding you to release stress and tension from your body, both in her Yoga classes and her Massage.
After experiencing burn-out as a London Bank Manager she travelled the world solo for three and a half years to “find herself”. Voluntary projects in community, conservation and wildlife nourished her soul. Rediscovering Yoga in Australia inspired her to teach, leading her to India where she did her first 200hr YTT, her first Vipassana meditation, studied Buddhism and had the honor of attending his holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s teachings.
Chantal has since taught Yoga in meditation centers, gyms, parks, churches and studios both in the UK and in Australia. She has experienced the joy of witnessing people face their fears, immersing themselves in cold water, during her Yoga, Dip & Connect Workshops on Christmas Day.
It is her intention that you cultivate joy during her Yoga class and connect to your inner light on and off the mat. During her massage she will intuitively release any tension in the body, gently release knots using deep-tissue techniques and provide an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.
Yoga, Massage, Meditation, Dance and Catharsis have profoundly changed Chantal's inner and outer world's, it is her honour to share her learnings with you.
The Class
A Yoga journey interweaving stress relieving and somatic techniques. Build heat in your body, cultivate strength and focus your mind. Your cardiovascular and respiratory health will be enhanced through movement and breath work.
You can choose to deepen your practice, experimenting with arm, leg and head balance postures that cultivate a sense of empowerment. Or, gift yourself permission to lay on your mat and just be, you do you! Your body, your mind, your practice. Chantal offers mindful check in's throughout the class, so you can reconnect with your intelligent intuitive self.
Beginner friendly and advanced students are welcome, as Chantal guides adaptations or progressions to suit your practice. It is her intention for you to feel energised and uplifted to step back, lighter, into your life after class.

The info sheet pre massage asked all the right and valid questions, a lot still don't do this, so it was good to see this.
